One-on-one interview with the applicants on the 1st Semester CY 2011 PO1 Recruitment Program for the City of General Santos which has been alloted by the Philippine National Police with forty five (45) slots to augment its police personnel.
The City Vice Mayor was designated as the Chairperson of the Ad Hoc PO1 Screening Committee pursuant to Executive Order No. 009, Series of 2011- An Executive Order Creating Committee for PNP Personnel in the City and Defining its functions.
The Ad Hoc Screening Committee convened on 23-24 March 2011 to deliberate on the qualifications and conduct the interview for Seventy Two (72) prospective police recruits to fill up the PNP Attrition Quota for General Santos City. Upon review of the documents submitted and individual interview, 50 applicants or 69.4% got an average of 75 and above while 22 applicants or 30.6% got an average below 75. The committee found the following to have complied with the minimum standards for appointment into the police service.
The ranking was based on the sum of folder rating and interview rating.
